How often should I wash my hair extensions?

The answer is different for everyone, no one should need to wash his or her hair every day. Washing too often, in fact, can do more harm than good. Like any other thing in life, everything in moderation.

If your skin and hair are anywhere from normal (not super oily and not super dry) to dry, you probably only need to wash it once or twice a week. If you have a greasy scalp, you probably need to wash your hair more often (3 times a week at maximum).

Lengths vary depending on style.

 

 

What is the quality of the hair extensions?

How to choose the right type of  human hair extensions?

The first thing you should do when considering getting extensions is that:
You should have a consultation with a professional who specializes in extensions to determine the best match for your hair and desires.
Bring in reference photos.
You should have an idea of the style that you want and you can discuss with the stylist the best types of hair you would need.
Make sure to ask questions, how to maintain, how to style, does it shed, will it tangle, what is the life expectancy of the extension you are about to buy and install, does it work well with heat i.e. can I flat iron it, can I curl it. Can the hair be dyed, can I trim if I wish too. All of these questions are important as it will help you to make an informed decision.
Above all, and I can’t stress this enough ---- 
YOU SHOULD NEVER WALK OUT OF A STORE IF YOU STILL FEEL ON THE FENCE WITH THE EXTENSION YOU ARE ABOUT TO BUY.
YOU SHOULD NEVER BE FORCED TO BUY AN EXTENSION, IT HAS TO COME TO YOU.
YOU NEED TO LOVE THE HAIR AT FIRST SIGHT, AND YOU JUST KNOW THAT YOU WILL ROCK IT!!!

 

Does F@W have a return policy or exchange policy?

Yes. Our refund policy is All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

 

How do I make an Exchange/Return?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Items with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: UPS or Canadapost. Most in-stock items generally arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)
