SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Shipping Costs

 

At Fingersatwork, shipping costs are determined by the merchandise total on your order and country / province of destination. Shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (Standard or Express), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination province. Shipping Costs on fingersatworkhair.com include all charges and any applicable taxes imposed by the revenue authorities in the destination province.

 

 

Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for preference returns. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise.

 

Shipping Options & Times

Most in-stock items generally arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery time frames vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, delivery dates may vary or be interrupted due to a number of reasons (bad weather, busy seasons, etc.)

 

Human Hair Orders

All Human Hair (HH) orders will ship out in 4weeks from the date the order was placed. 

 

International Shipping

We are able to ship to Africa, US and Europe for an additional cost.

 

Payment options

We accepts American Express, VISA, and MasterCard credit cards Interact and VISA Debit cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or COD for online orders.

 

Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

  • Items with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ourfingersatwork@gmail.com

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fingersatwork.ca and send your item to: 390 Herring Cove Road Halifax Nova Scotia Canada B3R 1W4.

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: UPS or Canadapost. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 390 Herring Cove Road, Halifax Nova Scotia Canada B3R 1W4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Taxes

Fingersatwork charges sales tax for products ordered on this internet site based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.

Effective July 1st, 2010, new Harmonized Sales Taxes (HSTON) and (HSTNS) will apply to orders delivered in ON (13%) and NS (15%) respectively.

Effective January 1, 2013 QST (9.975%) will apply to orders delivered in PQ. This is in addition to GST (5%).

Effective April 1st, 2013, new Harmonized Sales Taxes (HSTPE) will apply to orders delivered in PE (14%).

HST continues to apply to orders delivered in NB (13%), and NL (13%).

GST (5%) only, applies to orders delivered in AB.

GST (5%) & PST apply to orders delivered in SK (PST - 5%), MB (PST -7%).

Effective April 1, 2013 GST (5%) and PST (7%) will apply to orders delivered in BC.

Effective July 1, 2013 GST (5%) and PST (8%) will apply to orders delivered in MB.
